Gauteng: Two people, an adult male and adult female sustained moderate injuries following a collision on Sunday night between a light motor vehicle and a construction roadworks roller on the R82 Vereeniging Road in the direction of Vereeniging.
A Netcare 911 Rescue Technician used hydraulic tools to free the male patient trapped in the wreckage.
Once treated and stabilised both patients were transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
