Today Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Bergville for a report of an accident.
When emergency services arrived they found that a wheel of a heavy-duty tipper truck had come off and injured a worker.
Paramedics quickly assessed the patient and found that the patient has sustained critical injuries. Lenmed medical helicopter was called in to transport the patient to the hospital for further treatment.
