Gauteng: An adult male construction worker has sustained serious injuries after falling approximately seven meters off the top floor at a construction site in Diepsloot Johannesburg.
The patient was treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by a Netcare 911 Helicopter ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
