A man is in critical condition after falling off a ladder in Marriannheights in Pinetown just after 11 am on Friday morning.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find a man believed to be in his fifties had sustained critical injuries after falling off a ladder. The man was stabilised on the scene by Rescue Care Advanced Life Support Paramedics and placed on a manual ventilator before the Netcare911 Aero Medical Helicopter, Netcare 8 was activated to airlift the man to the hospital for the further care that he required.
The events leading up to the incident are unknown at this stage.
