Patient trapped after structural collapse in Margate

This afternoon Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to a structural collapse in the Margate area.

When emergency services arrived they found that an outside wall supporting a parking structure had collapsed trapping and person underneath.

Paramedics quickly assessed the patient and found that the patient had sustained critical injuries.

Together with fire rescue services the patient was freed from the wall pinning them down. The patient was then transported to the hospital for further treatment.
