IPSS Medical Rescue responded to a construction site in Zimbali Lakes, Ballito, where it was reported that a metal cage had fallen on a person.
Upon the arrival of IPSS Medical Rescue Advanced Life Support paramedics, it was found that a man had sustained a possible spinal injury.
The man was stabilised and then transported to a nearby facility for further treatment.
