Emergency services responded to the scene of a fall from a height in Milnerton, Cape Town.

When ER24 medical personnel arrived at the scene, they found four men who had fallen approximately 10.5m at a construction site.

The 4 patients were determined to have suffered injuries ranging from serious to critical.
