Progress has been made on the repairs of the pipeline on the South Coast Bridge in uMlazi

The City’s water and sanitation team have made progress with the repairs of the pipeline on the South Coast Bridge in uMlazi.

The temporary line has been completed and the water supply to uMlazi Mega City, Glebelands Hostel, industries, and surrounding areas has been restored.

Our team will tomorrow, 13 February continue to work on restoring the water supply to the Prince Mshiyeni Hospital.

The hospital currently has enough water to be distributed through their internal pipes from the City tankers refilling their internal reservoir.
