R126 million set aside by Duma for a bridge in Umsinga and Inkosi Ngangendlovu Mchunu is happy with the level of service delivery

Inkosi Ngangendlovu Mchunu expressed his appreciation to Duma for the improved quality of life through road infrastructure. Inkosi further heaped praise on the department after the employment of local communities.
