On Thursday morning, our Centurion crew responded to a workplace injury.
Upon arrival, it was found that one worker had been injured by a granite slab that came loose while being moved.
The worker sustained an isolated head injury and was stabilised on the scene by paramedics before being flown by Netcare 1 to a specialised trauma facility.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are not clear at this time.
